Mariella
Mariella is a Dutch/Spanish mix from Amsterdam. Her love for movement started early through dance. With a background in the movie industry, she has worked both in front of and behind the camera, where discipline, physical presence, and mental resilience play a key role.
While pursuing her acting career in Los Angeles, she became aware of the importance of a strong body and a focused mind, as long days on set, physical demands, and constantly showing up are the norm. It was there that she discovered Reformer Pilates. She was instantly drawn to the powerful combination of strength, control, and mind-body connection. What started as a workout quickly became a lifestyle.
